MORE was founded in Warsaw in May 2025 by three athletes who believed in one simple idea - that movement, done together, changes everything.

At MORE, our mission is to inspire people to demand more from themselves. Not through competition. Not through pressure. Through community, consistency, and the act of showing up.

We looked at how people around the world were moving - and saw something missing.

Not speed. Not performance.

Connection.

Cezary left Warsaw for London in January 2025. What he found there changed everything.

A city where running was not a niche sport - it was a lifestyle. Where communities gathered twice a week by the thousands, where brands were built entirely around the culture of running, and where people wore their pace and their people with equal pride.

He came back to Poland and made one phone call.

Poland had millions of runners. But it had no home for them.

No brand that felt cool, considered and entirely Polish. No movement that made running feel like something you belonged to rather than something you did alone. Every running brand in this country came from the United States or the United Kingdom. None of them were built here, by people who understood what Warsaw feels like on a Tuesday evening.

That gap was the beginning of MORE.

Running in Poland has a perception issue.

For too long it has been associated with isolation, with performance anxiety, with numbers on a watch and times on a leaderboard. People who don't run think it's not for them. People who do run often do it alone.

We refuse to accept that.

Running is one of the most natural things a human being can do. It releases endorphins, clears the mind, and - when done with others - builds something that no gym membership or fitness app ever could.

Runner's high is real. And it's better shared.

MORE exists to change the story of running in Poland. To make it inclusive, aspirational and deeply social. To build the first Polish brand that runners are genuinely proud to represent — on the streets, at the start line, and long after the finish.

This is not about pace. It is not about podiums.

It is about showing up.

Three people. Three different backgrounds. One shared conviction.

Cezary spent five years building technology startups and e-commerce brands - and brought to MORE a deep understanding of brand, aesthetics and long-term vision. He is the reason MORE looks the way it does and thinks the way it thinks.

Piotr spent five years in partnerships, business development and brand building across tech and e-commerce - closing national-level collaborations and building the relationships that have made MORE one of the most sought-after community platforms in Poland.

Jan comes from a background in business and community-driven initiatives - with a proven track record of bringing people together around a shared purpose. At MORE, he is the engine of the community. Present at every run, every event, every moment that matters.

We started in Poland with a belief that it deserved better — a brand and a movement built here, for the people who run here.
